Scope and Declaration

All RESOPilot products purchased on RESOPilot.com are covered by this limited warranty. By using RESOPilot products, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Limited Warranty.
Legal Rights: Please note that the warranty period may vary according to local laws and regulations. Some countries, states, and provinces do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty; therefore, the limitations described above may not apply to you. You may have other rights depending on your specific state, province, or country.

Warranty Timeline

The warranty period begins on the date the original purchaser receives the product:

  • RESOPilotPro: 3-Year Limited Warranty
  • RESOPilotNeo: 3-Year Limited Warranty
  • RESOPilotLite: 3-Year Limited Warranty
  • Accessories: 1-Year Limited Warranty

Warranty Start Date

The warranty period begins on the date the original purchaser receives the product, regardless of whether the product was purchased as an in-stock item or a pre-order.

  • In-Stock Products: The warranty period starts on the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser.
  • Pre-Order Products: The warranty period starts on the date the pre-ordered product is delivered to the original purchaser.

Exclusions and Limitations

This limited warranty does NOT cover:

  • Non-quality related issues.
  • Items purchased from unauthorized resellers.
  • Second-hand, used, or RESOPilotld products.
  • Purchases without valid proof of purchase.
  • Items that have been refunded.
  • Items that have expired their warranty period.
  • Any defects or damages caused by misuse, unauthorized modification. disassembly, or operation not in accordance with official instructions or user manuals.
  • Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, liquids, or other external factors.
  • Any defects or damages resulting from reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts.
  • Lost or stolen products.
  • Free or promotional products.

Valid Proof of Purchase

To initiate a warranty claim, please provide one of the following valid proofs of purchase:

  • An order number generated through RESOPilot.com.
  • A sales invoice or order confirmation email that clearly displays the product description, price, and sales channel.

Warranty Claim Process

Contact Support

Please contact the RESOPilot Customer Service Team at support@resopilot.com to submit a warranty claim. Please provide your order information and a description of the issue. Photos or videos may be requested if needed.

Warranty Assessment

Our support team will review your claim and determine whether the issue is covered under the RESOPilot Limited Warranty. We may provide troubleshooting instructions or request additional information if necessary.

Return & Shipping

If the product is confirmed to be covered by warranty and needs to be returned, RESOPilot Support will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label for eligible warranty returns within the United States. Please follow our packing instructions and do not ship the product before receiving return instructions.
For warranty claims outside the United States, RESOPilot Support will provide specific return instructions. Prepaid return shipping labels are currently available only for eligible warranty returns within the United States.

Inspection & RESOPilotlution

Once the product is received, we will inspect it to determine whether the issue is covered under warranty. Approved claims may be RESOPilotlved through repair, replacement, or another applicable solution.

Replacement

  • Replacement Scope: Depending on the nature of the defect and the results of our inspection, we may replace the entire product set or only the defective component/accessory. The final replacement method will be determined by RESOPilot based on the specific circumstances of the warranty claim.
  • Processing Time: In the event of a replacement, delivery of the new item will be arranged within 15 business days (subject to changes caused by force majeure) after confirming that the defective item has been received at our warehouse.
  • Availability: The final RESOPilotlution is subject to the availability of replacement items.
  • Warranty Continuity: The replacement product will be covered for a period equal to the remaining warranty duration of the original item; it does not restart the warranty period.

Important Safety Information

Please read this safety information, user guide, and all applicable warnings carefully before using your RESOPilot product.
By using this product, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable safety requirements and agree to use the product in accordance with the product instructions and all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
RESOPilot is an electronic communication device designed for motorcycle communication, navigation assistance, team coordination, and other related functions. The communication, positioning, tracking, SOS, and other assistive functions provided by the product are not a substitute for your own judgment, riding skills, or necessary safety precautions.
Under all circumstances, riding safety must take priority over operating the product.

Always during riding:

  • Remain fully attentive to the road, traffic conditions, and surrounding environment.
  • Comply with all applicable traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Take appropriate safety precautions based on weather, road, and traffic conditions.
  • Make sure the product is securely installed and does not interfere with safe riding.
  • Use product functions only when it is safe to do so.

Do not perform operations that may compromise riding safety while riding, including but not limited to:

  • Bluetooth pairing.
  • Device connection.
  • Changing complex settings.
  • Browsing or operating your phone.
  • Performing any other operation that requires prolonged attention to the device.

If continuing to operate RESOPilot may compromise riding safety, stop using the product immediately and perform the necessary operations only when you are in a safe location.
Some countries, regions, or roads may prohibit or restrict the use of wireless communication devices while riding. You are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and other requirements in your jurisdiction before using the product.

Wireless Communication and RF Safety

RESOPilot uses wireless communication technologies, including Bluetooth, Mesh, and related wireless communication functions.
Wireless communication may be affected by factors including:

  • Buildings, mountains, vehicles, or other obstacles.
  • Weather and environmental conditions.
  • Radio interference.
  • Distance between devices.
  • User location.
  • Network or mobile communication conditions.
  • The status of your phone and other connected devices.
  • Software, firmware, or system versions.

Accordingly, RESOPilot does not guarantee that wireless communication will remain stable or continuously available in all environments, at all distances, or under all circumstances.
Wireless communication interruptions, delays, or connection failures may temporarily affect voice communication, group communication, location sharing, or other related functions.
Do not rely on RESOPilot's communication capabilities as the sole means of ensuring personal safety.
During operation, avoid prolonged and direct contact between your body and the device's antenna area.
If you use an implanted medical device or other medical device that may be sensitive to radio frequency signals, consult the medical device manufacturer and an appropriate medical professional before using RESOPilot to determine whether the wireless device may cause interference.

Hearing Safety Warning

Prolonged use of headphones or other audio devices at high volume may cause hearing damage and, in severe cases, permanent hearing loss.
To protect your hearing:

  • Avoid prolonged use of the product at high volume.
  • Adjust the volume appropriately according to the environment.
  • If you experience ringing in the ears, reduced hearing, or other discomfort, immediately lower the volume or stop using the product.
  • When riding on public roads, make sure the volume does not prevent you from hearing surrounding vehicles, sirens, horns, or other important environmental sounds.

Always use audio functions in a manner that ensures your own safety and the safety of others.

Medical Device Interference

Wireless communication devices may interfere with certain medical devices.
If you use any of the following devices or other implanted medical devices:

  • Pacemakers.
  • Implantable cardioverter-defibrillators.
  • Hearing aids.
  • Other electronic medical devices.

consult a medical professional before using RESOPilot.
If you suspect that RESOPilot is interfering with a medical device, stop using the product immediately and seek professional advice.

Environmental and Hazardous Locations

Unless otherwise expressly specified in the product specifications, do not use RESOPilot in environments where significant safety risks are present.
Pay particular attention to the following environments:

  • Gas stations.
  • Fuel storage areas.
  • Flammable or explosive environments.
  • Areas containing large quantities of chemicals or hazardous substances.
  • Other locations where the use of wireless communication devices is expressly prohibited.

Follow all applicable safety requirements and instructions from personnel at such locations.

Water Resistance and Environmental Use

RESOPilot products have specified levels of water resistance, dust resistance, or environmental protection. However, such protection does not mean that the product can be used without limitation in any environment.
Product protection may be affected by factors including:

  • Prolonged immersion in water.
  • Exposure to water depths or immersion durations beyond the product's specified limits.
  • High-pressure water jets.
  • Damage to the product housing.
  • Aging or deterioration of sealing structures.
  • Disassembly or modification of the product.
  • Use outside the specified environmental conditions.

If the product has suffered severe impact, housing damage, or other structural damage, stop using the product and contact RESOPilot Customer Support.

Temperature and Operating Environment

Use RESOPilot within the operating temperature range specified for the product.
Extremely high or low temperatures may affect:

  •  Battery performance.
  • Charging speed.
  • Communication performance.
  • Device stability.
  • Product service life.

If the product operates in an unusually hot or cold environment, stop using the product or move it to an appropriate environment in accordance with the user guide.
Do not leave the device for prolonged periods in direct sunlight, inside a hot vehicle, or in other extreme temperature environments.
For specific operating temperatures, charging temperatures, and other environmental parameters, refer to the official technical specifications for the applicable product.

Battery Safety

RESOPilot uses a rechargeable lithium-ion battery.
To avoid safety risks:

  • Do not disassemble the battery yourself.
  • Do not replace the battery yourself.
  • Do not puncture, crush, bend, or otherwise damage the battery.
  • Do not dispose of the battery in fire.Do not expose the product to extreme heat.
  • Do not use chargers, power supplies, or accessories that do not meet the product requirements.
  • Do not continue using a device that has been severely damaged, deformed, abnormally heated, or otherwise exhibits abnormal conditions.

If the product becomes abnormally hot, emits smoke or an unusual odor, swells, leaks, or exhibits any other abnormal condition, stop using it immediately and contact RESOPilot Customer Support.
Do not dispose of the product or battery with ordinary household waste. Dispose of and recycle them in accordance with applicable local regulations concerning electronic waste and batteries.

Charging Safety

Use charging equipment and power supplies that meet the requirements of your RESOPilot product.
During charging:

  • Keep the charging area well ventilated.
  • Do not cover the device while it is charging.
  • Do not charge the product in high-temperature environments.
  • Do not use damaged charging cables or power adapters.

If the product or charging equipment becomes abnormally hot, stop charging immediately.
If the product will not be used for an extended period, periodically check and maintain the battery in accordance with the recommendations in the user guide.
Battery damage caused by prolonged storage, excessive discharge, or improper charging may not be covered by the Limited Warranty.

Bluetooth, Mesh, DMC, and Cross-Brand Communication

RESOPilot supports multiple communication methods, including but not limited to Bluetooth, Mesh/DMC, and related communication functions.
The actual communication range, stability, and available functions of different communication modes may be affected by:

  • Terrain.
  • Obstacles.
  • Distance between users.
  • Number of devices.
  • Radio environment.
  • Device model.
  • Firmware version.
  • Phone and App status.
  • Compatibility with third-party devices.

Cross-brand communication functions may be affected by the technical specifications, protocols, and software versions of third-party devices.
RESOPilot does not guarantee full compatibility between its products and all third-party Bluetooth, communication, or smart devices.

GNSS / Positioning and Track Data

Certain RESOPilot models are equipped with GNSS positioning capabilities and may provide location, speed,  track, or other related data depending on the product model.
GNSS positioning accuracy and availability may be affected by:

  • Satellite signals.
  • Buildings.
  • Tunnels.
  • Mountains.
  • Dense vegetation.
  • Weather and environmental conditions.
  • Device location.
  • Satellite system status.

In some environments, positioning may be delayed, inaccurate, or temporarily unavailable.
GNSS data is provided for informational and recording purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for navigation, safety, or decision-making.

Teammate Tracking / SOS and Safety Assistance Functions

If your RESOPilot product or related App provides Teammate Tracking, SOS, or other safety assistance functions, please note:
These functions are intended only to provide supplementary information and communication assistance. They cannot replace your own safety precautions and cannot be guaranteed to operate normally under all circumstances.
These functions may depend on:

  • The RESOPilot device operates normally.
  • A proper connection between the phone and device.
  • The RESOPilot App operates normally.
  • Location services being enabled on the phone.
  • The App has the necessary permissions.
  • Sufficient phone battery power.
  • Sufficient device battery power.
  • A functioning mobile communication network or Internet connection.
  • GNSS or other positioning services functioning normally.
  • Other necessary systems and services function properly.

If any of the above conditions are not met, tracking, SOS, or notification functions may:

  • Become unavailable.
  • Be delayed.
  • Provide inaccurate positioning.
  • Lose information.
  • Fail to send notifications.
  • Fail to receive notifications.

Therefore, do not rely on Teammate Tracking, SOS, or any other safety assistance function as the sole means of seeking emergency assistance.
In an emergency, contact local emergency services, medical services, police, or other appropriate rescue services directly, as appropriate to your circumstances.

Emergency Contacts

If the product or App supports emergency contact functions, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring that emergency contact information is accurate.
  • Ensuring that emergency contacts have agreed to receive relevant notifications.
  • Ensuring that emergency contacts understand how the relevant functions work and their limitations.
  • Taking appropriate action in the event of an emergency.

RESOPilot does not guarantee that emergency contacts will receive, view, or respond to notifications promptly or at any particular time.

Software, Firmware, and App

Certain RESOPilot functions depend on device firmware, the mobile App, operating systems, and network services.
RESOPilot may, as necessary for product maintenance and service operations:

  • Release firmware updates.
  • Update the App.
  • Modify or optimize functions.
  • Fix software issues.
  • Adjust certain service features.

Following a software or firmware update, the operation, performance, or availability of certain functions may change.
Certain functions may depend on third-party operating systems, network services, map services, cloud services, or other third-party services. RESOPilot does not guarantee the continued availability of any function that becomes unavailable due to the interruption, restriction, modification, or termination of a third-party service.

Data and Privacy

RESOPilot and related Apps may process device information, connection information, location data, riding tracks, device usage data, and other relevant information depending on the functions used.
You should review the applicable Privacy Policy and data protection information before using relevant functions.
If the product includes riding tracks, location sharing, Teammate Tracking, or SOS functions, ensure that you have obtained appropriate consent from relevant individuals before sharing their location or other information, and use such functions in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RESOPilot and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, distributors, or service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, RESOPilot products or related services.
Such damages include, but are not limited to:

  • Personal injury.
  • Property damage.
  • Vehicle damage.
  • Loss of data.
  • Communication interruption.
  • Loss of income.
  • Business losses.
  • Business interruption.
  • Other indirect or incidental losses.

These limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
If the laws of your jurisdiction do not permit the complete exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability, the applicable limitations shall apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Assumption of Risk

You understand and agree that:
Riding and road traffic activities inherently involve risks, including but not limited to:

  • Collisions.
  • Falls.
  • Road hazards.
  • Actions of third parties.
  • Adverse weather conditions.
  • Device failure.
  • Communication interruption.
  • Positioning errors.
  • Other unforeseen circumstances.

None of the communication, positioning, tracking, SOS, or other assistance functions provided by RESOPilot can eliminate these risks.
You are responsible for taking reasonable safety precautions based on your own circumstances, road conditions, and environmental conditions, and you assume the risks associated with riding and using the product.

Product Use Restrictions

RESOPilot products are intended only for their designed purposes.
The products must not be used for:

  • Any purpose prohibited by law.
  • Dangerous or unsafe purposes.
  • Any unintended use that may result in personal injury or property damage.
  • Any use that violates applicable laws or regulations.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the product complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Battery Warranty

Rechargeable batteries are consumable components, and their capacity naturally decreases over time depending on usage duration, charging cycles, ambient temperature, and usage conditions.
Normal battery capacity degradation resulting from regular use does not necessarily constitute a manufacturing defect.
If the battery becomes abnormally swollen, leaks, or exhibits any other quality issue, stop using the product and contact RESOPilot Customer Support.
Do not disassemble or replace the internal battery yourself.

Third-Party Accessories Disclaimer

RESOPilot recommends using accessories officially provided or expressly approved by RESOPilot.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RESOPilot shall not be responsible for product damage, malfunction, or safety issues caused by the use of unauthorized third-party components, accessories, charging equipment, or other devices.

Warranty Disclaimer

Except as expressly required by applicable law, this Limited Warranty constitutes the applicable warranty provided by RESOPilot for product quality issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, except as expressly stated in this Limited Warranty, RESOPilot makes no other express or implied warranties regarding the product.
If the laws of your jurisdiction provide mandatory statutory rights that cannot be excluded, this disclaimer does not affect those mandatory rights.

Product Recycling and Environmental Protection

When RESOPilot products or their batteries reach the end of their useful life, do not dispose of them as ordinary household waste.
Recycle and dispose of the products in accordance with applicable local laws and regulations concerning the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment and batteries.
If the product, packaging, or user manual bears a Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) symbol or other recycling symbol, dispose of the product through an appropriate recycling facility in accordance with local requirements.
Before disposing of or recycling the device, delete or remove any personal information stored on the device in accordance with the relevant functions and applicable privacy policy.

Legal and Regulatory Compliance

RESOPilot products may be subject to laws and regulations concerning wireless communications, radio frequency devices, electronic equipment, data protection, and road safety in different countries and regions.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the product complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
For specific FCC, ISED/IC, EU, UKCA, and other country- or region-specific compliance statements, certification information, and technical specifications, refer to the applicable product's official certification documents and the latest user guide.

Important Disclaimer

The communication, Mesh, Bluetooth, GNSS, Teammate Tracking, SOS, App, and other functions provided by RESOPilot are intended solely as supplementary functions.
Any technical function may be affected by device status, software version, wireless environment, network connection, satellite signals, mobile operating systems, third-party services, and other factors beyond RESOPilot's control.
Therefore:
RESOPilot does not guarantee that any function will operate continuously, accurately, or without interruption at all times, in all locations, or under all circumstances.
In particular, where personal safety is concerned, you must not rely solely on RESOPilot products or any individual function thereof.
You should always:

  • Remain attentive to the road and surrounding environment.
  • Comply with local traffic laws and regulations.
  • Take reasonable safety precautions.
  • Seek local emergency assistance directly in an emergency.
  • Use other reliable communication and safety measures if the product functions abnormally or become unavailable.

Safe riding is always the user's primary responsibility.

Legal Rights

This Disclaimer and Limited Warranty provide you with specific legal rights.
Depending on the laws of your country, region, or jurisdiction, you may also have other statutory rights.
If any provision of this Disclaimer conflicts with mandatory applicable law, that provision shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
