Neo support three ways to create a group:
1. Using the device buttons: After powering on, all members who want to join the group should press and hold the Mesh button to enter group setup mode. The indicator will flash red and green alternately. After successfully joining the group, it will flash green and purple alternately. Once the voice prompt confirms that the group member count is correct, any member can press and hold the Mesh button again to complete the group setup.
2. Using voice commands: Say “Hey, Reso” / “Hey, Pilot” → “Start Mesh Teaming” / “Start Mesh Grouping.”
3. Using the Reso Link App: Open the group function in the app and follow the instructions to create or join a group.
Compatibility: Pro, Neo, and Lite are compatible with each other and can join the same group for intercom communication.

Great value for the money! The build quality feels surprisingly solid, and it's just as described. After using it for a while, I'm really happy with the value. It's comfortable to wear, too. Definitely recommend it!
This is my first Bluetooth headset for a motorcycle helmet. I used wired earphones before. After researching a bunch of brands, I finally settled on this one. The magnetic mount is strong, and the battery life is great. Volume adjustment is easy, and the buttons are responsive. Since I haven't tried other Bluetooth headsets, I can't really compare it to the competition, and wired earphones probably still have the edge in sound quality. That said, the Bluetooth connection is smooth, the voice assistant works pretty well, and switching tracks is quick. Overall, I'm happy with it!

Clean, simple design. The headset mounts securely with both a magnetic attachment and a locking clip, so it feels nice and secure.
Battery life and sound quality are both much better than the F1 Pro I tried before. The stock speakers have a nice amount of bass. I used it for music only, and the battery dropped just 6% in three hours. The controls are intuitive, and the buttons are a little stiff but still give decent feedback. The scroll wheel works well, though the response time could be faster. USB-C to USB-C fast charging is a definite plus. Haven't tested the intercom since I ride solo. Overall, if you're mainly looking for music while riding, this is worth considering!
Easy to use and not too difficult to install. There's a minor blemish in the finish, and the boom mic is a little too thick, making it hard to snap the helmet liner back into place. I had to tuck it into the neck gaiter instead.
I bought this to compare with the Vimoto V11, and honestly, RESOPilot wins for me.

The design goes really well with my Rally 5 helmet. I'm very happy with the customer service and the attention to detail in the build quality. Sound quality is subjective, but I think it's pretty good. The app is user-friendly, and the voice wake-up feature is genuinely convenient. The NEO is perfect for a solo rider like me. Part of me wishes I'd spent a little extra on the PRO, though. I heard from a reviewer that this version has better battery life, so I'll have to see how the group communication features work out down the road.
