Shipping Policy

Using the right abbreviations, providing correct street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and including route information (if applicable) is vital for a timely delivery. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is inaccurate or entered incorrectly during the purchase process.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
The tracking information will usually update within 5 business days.
If your tracking information has not been updated within 10 business days, please contact us at support@resopilot.com.

Damages & Loss in Transit
Please note that we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly or reach out to our support team at support@resopilot.com. so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
